Coffee Education

Specialty Coffee Education

PCR’s main campus is located in South Kona in the middle of the coffee belt near hundreds of coffee farms. This allows us to seamlessly incorporate farm visits, lectures by local producers, and other unique and valuable supply-chain perspectives into each of our courses. We also offer select workshops and Coffee Skills Program courses at our satellite campus in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We offer classes and workshops for individuals and groups covering coffee knowledge such as pourover brewing skills, introduction to coffee tasting, espresso skills, and home roasting basics.

From beginner workshops, to custom corporate training, to multi-day SCA professional certificate programs, all of our specialty coffee classes are taught by SCA Authorized Trainers with extensive industry experience as baristas, coffee roasters, and professional coffee tasters.
