Mainland Campus Coffee Tasting Class: Comparing Roast Levels

This beginner level coffee cupping class introduces basic cupping practices for roast evaluation to students with beginner to intermediate level knowledge of coffee cupping.
In this 90 minute class we will run through a quick cupping protocol refresher on SCA cupping procedure and etiquette, and then we’ll cup three sets of coffees roasted to varying levels of darkness. Evaluating roast level is a key skill for any coffee roaster or barista.
This coffee cupping class is great for anyone who is interested in digging a little deeper into coffee tasting.
