Mainland Campus Coffee Tasting Class: Comparing Roast Profiles

This intermediate level coffee cupping class builds on students’ experience in tasting for roast level by exploring how other changes in roast profile influence flavor in the cup.
Going beyond dark vs light, this 90 minute class explores the impact on cup characteristics from changes in development time, Maillard phase, and total roasting time.
This coffee cupping class is great for home coffee roasting enthusiasts, baristas, and anyone else with basic cupping knowledge who is interested in a deeper understanding of coffee roasting profiles.
