Pacific Coffee Research is a Specialty Coffee Association Premier Training Campus, quality analysis lab, roastery, and Hawaii coffee education center in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.

We offer specialty coffee classes and workshops for people at all levels of experience from home coffee enthusiast to seasoned professionals.

PCR’s specialty coffee lab is located on a carbon-neutral coffee farm in North Kona alongside thousands of coffee trees. This allows us to seamlessly incorporate farm visits, lectures by local producers, and other unique and valuable supply-chain perspectives into each of our courses.


The Future of Hawaii Specialty Coffee

PCR just wrapped up four months of work roasting and evaluating nearly 100 samples of Hawaii Specialty coffee for the 2018 HCA Cupping Competition.
