Welcome back to our monthly Pau Hana Tasting! Every month we put together a theme, introducing novel topics, new trends, or just something fun happening in the world of coffee!
This month we’ll be tasting Eric’s coffees from Makani Kai Farm. As you may know, our ever-talented Q Grader and Equipment Tech, Eric, manages coffee farms in the Makalei community. This season, he has been dialing some unique processing techniques and he is generously sharing his secrets with us!
As always, it’s a chance to treat yourself to an afternoon of delicious coffee, stunning views, and a unique tasting experience. Space is limited, so be sure to register in advance! Pupus and refreshments served.
This is a free event, open to the public, with no prior cupping/coffee experience necessary.
