This new PCR feature from Kaʻū is grown by Navarro Coffee Farm – we’ve purchased from Delvin Navarro in the past, but only for special features and in pretty small quantities. We’re excited to have his coffee available as a regular offering this season! Delvin is one of the very few multi-generational coffee growers in Kaʻū as he took over the farm and business from his father in law. We’ve known Delvin since before PCR existed – back when we worked for different coffee companies on the island – and it’s been so wonderful to see how his coffee has evolved over the years. His attention to detail, focus on quality, and interest in experimentation through processing and planting new varieties makes his coffee an excellent addition to our line-up of locally grown coffees!
