Produced by Waialua Estate, this coffee is grown near the North Shore of O’ahu, where the clay-like soil is rich in iron. These tall coffee plants grow in meticulously-planned rows to be mechanically harvested in their sunny environment. Waialua Estate’s coffee orchard is located nearby their cacao orchard, which makes us wonder why we taste so much baker’s chocolate in this cup…hmmm. This coffee is a crowd-pleaser and tastes wonderful on its own or with some milk.
