CODECH is an organization in Concepción Huista that brings together 10 member groups and 476 producers with a shared focus on sustainable development and community empowerment. With strong emphasis on organic farming, women’s participation, and farmer education, CODECH supports producers through workshops in agriculture, leadership, and commercialization while promoting independence from external inputs and volatile markets. Their work strengthens both coffee quality and long-term livelihoods in northern Huehuetenango.
