ACODIHUE is a Fair Trade and Organic certified organization made up of associations and community committees representing over 40,000 individual producers. This cooperative’s programs are focused on poverty reduction and food insecurity of it’s members, contributing to projects in areas of health, education, gender equity, agricultural production, food security, and restoration & conservation of the environment.
While we’ve been sourcing coffee from Guatemala for several years, this is the first time we’re purchasing a coffee from ACODIHUE. It’s proving to be a sweet, complex, and clean cup with a syrupy body – a beautiful morning brew!
