This limited Typica & SL 34 micro lot was co fermented with cinnamon bark for 24 hours in a sealed tank, then rinsed and dried in the pulp, a resourceful pulp dried process that reduces water usage and preserves vibrant fruit notes. The result is a sialky, aromatic cup that layers sweet cinnamon spice, gentle florals, and rich cocoa warmth. We’re constantly inspired by Karina, Armando, and Elias Rodriguez, who continue to elevate Hawai’i-grown coffee through their innovative, sustainable, and hands on approach. Since 2018, their work at Aloha Star Coffee Farm has been recognized among Kona’s finest producers, and this special release captures their spirit beautifully.
