Navarro Farm, Kaʻū
Delvin Navarro of Navarro Coffee Farm is one of Kaʻū’s most innovative and award-winning coffee growers. His coffees consistently rank among the top 5 and 10 in island-wide cupping competitions. This year, his “un-pulped” Pacamara entry earned an impressive score of 87.89. The Pacamara and Typica lot showcases Delvin’s commitment to consistency and his focus on highlighting the distinct qualities of the coffee varieties, rather than emphasizing processing methods. As one of the few multi-generational coffee growers in Kaʻū, Delvin took over the farm and business from his father-in-law. His meticulous attention to detail, dedication to quality, and passion for experimentation with processing and new coffee varieties make his coffees a standout addition to our selection of locally grown beans. If you’re on island, be sure to reach out and visit his impressive farm!
