This coffee comes from the Women Producer Program of ARGCAFEE, a producer-led association in remote Argelia, Cauca, where 78 women contribute to reshaping their community’s future through specialty coffee. Founded in 2014, ARGCAFEE has grown to over 230 members and focuses on sustainable farming, gender equity, and legal alternatives to illicit crops through initiatives like the Coca Substitution Program, offering training, agronomic support, and price premiums to empower smallholder farmers and foster long-term community resilience.
