This year, his un-pulped Pacamara entry earned an impressive score of 87.89. The pulped Pacamara lot showcases Delvin’s commitment to consistency and his focus on highlighting the distinct qualities of the coffee varieties. As one of the few multi-generational coffee growers in Kaʻū, Delvin took over the farm and business from his father-in-law. His meticulous attention to detail, dedication to quality, and passion for experimentation with processing and new coffee varieties make his coffees a standout addition to our selection of locally grown beans.
