Brewing Program Essentials

Join Pacific Coffee Research for a deeper dive into the world of coffee brewing on Wednesday, February 15 at 9am. In this 4-hour Brewing Program Essentials class, we cover everything you need to know to make consistently delicious coffee at home or work. We’ll explore several different brew methods and everyone will have the opportunity to make at least 2 different brews. Dig deep into the concepts of solubles yield with hands-on practice exploring the impact that water temperature, grind size, and brewing technique have on flavor and cup quality. We will discuss methods for tracking both strength and flavor, while identifying the characteristics associated with properly brewed coffee.
