This Kaʻū coffee is from a new farm in the Cloud Rest area of Kaʻū – very close to Wood Valley and also tucked behind Pahala – and it’s operated by the same incredible duo that used to manage Wood Valley Coffee Farm: Rus & Alla. It was their 2022/23 lot that won Good Food Awards this year! We couldn’t be happier to continue working with Rus & Alla; they produce excellent coffee and this one is no exception. We have had the opportunity to work with them and provide quality analysis on several of their coffees over the years, visiting their farm and collaborating on various projects for the greater Hawaiʻi coffee industry.

Our team cupped this coffee late last year and awarded it a strong average of 86.75 points with lots of floral and fruity notes. This coffee has a juicy body and is super clean. We just received this coffee in mid-April and are so excited to share it with you!
