Building on the core concepts introduced in Roasting Foundation, Roasting Intermediate explores the chemistry and thermodynamics of roasting in more detail, emphasizing how to manipulate roast profiles to influence sensory outcomes.

    This course is ideal for roasters, quality managers, and product developers looking to gain more control over their process and prepare for advanced-level training.
